The manual pressure-testing pump series from Bohui is perfectly adequate for medium- and low-pressure working environments. However, due to the customer’s specific environmental requirements, the pressure must reach 70 bar. Moreover, the customer demands delivery within just five days. At that time, the Chinese Lunar New Year was approaching, and suppliers of spare parts were preparing for the holiday and virtually ceased providing supplies. Yet the customer’s need was extremely urgent—what should we do? Should we accept the order or not?
In the end, we decided that, in order to meet our customer’s demand for custom parts, no matter how great the current difficulties may be, we’d still take on this urgent order with little profit.
On the first day, we contacted several pressure gauge suppliers with whom we’d been working closely for a long time. After reaching out to many of them, we finally found one supplier willing to manufacture a pressure gauge with a maximum pressure rating of 70 bar (1,000 psi) for us. At the same time, the factory had already prepared the relevant components and loaded them onto the lathe for machining. The next day, we completed the machining of all the in-factory parts and components.
On the third day, we completed the welding and surface coating of the test pump body. In the afternoon of the third day, the custom-made pressure gauges also arrived at the factory. On the fourth day, we finished assembling and testing the pump body, packed it up, and in the afternoon of the same day, we shipped the goods to Bohui Company, coordinating with the logistics company responsible for export.
On the evening of the fifth day, the logistics company issued the shipping order and dispatched the goods.

On the tenth day, this custom-made manual test pump arrived at the customer’s local FEDEX delivery point. Our staff tracked this order throughout the entire process until the customer confirmed that they had received the goods.
